2. Booking and Appointments

  • Service Requests: Requests for services can be made through our website forms, by phone, or email.
  • Confirmation: All appointments and service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by JC Total Car Care. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
  • Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information required for booking and performing our services.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Quoting: Prices for services will be provided in a quote or estimated through our online configurator. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, specific requirements, or unforeseen circumstances, which will be communicated to you before proceeding.
  • Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in your quote or invoice. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website or at our facility. Full payment is typically due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Upfront Payments/Deposits: Certain services or bookings may require an upfront deposit or full payment to secure your appointment. This will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Personal Belongings: Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, and items you do not wish to be cleaned or handled from your vehicle prior to service. JC Total Car Care is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
  • Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information provided to us (vehicle details, personal contact information) is true, accurate, and complete.

6. Limitation of Liability

JC Total Car Care strives to provide high-quality services. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on our services; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of our website (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software) are and will remain the exclusive property of JC Total Car Care and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of JC Total Car Care.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montrose County, Colorado.
